Ping to Blo.gs working!

Thanks to Jeff, I am finally able to automatically ping blo.gs when submitting blogs through the w.bloggar xmlrpc interface. Hooray! The code was ugly but after only 2 hours, we were able to isolate the problem and resolve it. The next step will be to correctly call the code that pings multiple blogroll services as is done in the native post interface.
